FLUID CIRCUIT

  • Filter Drier and Sight Glass: Replaceable solid-core filter system to guarantee refrigerant purity, with integrated visual indicator for humidity and charge monitoring
  • Comprehensive hydraulic and refrigeration protections, including high-pressure switches and safety valves, ensures safe operation of the unit
  • Membrane expansion vessel with pre-charged air chamber, designed to absorb fluid volume variations in closed circuits and protect the system from overpressure (pressure tank units)
  • Stainless steel centrifugal pumps, available in different configurations to match system head requirements

UNIT CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE

  • Cabinet frame and panels are powder-coated
  • Panels are easily removed, providing convenient access for maintenance and repair
  • All fasteners are stainless or zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance
  • Protection to IP54 standard on three-phase models
  • For ease of installation, models CCI110 – CCI650 include lifting eyes; Models CCI700 – CCI1850 have lifting holes in their base
